Prof. Dr. Peter Leisner, Konrad Eiler, and Dr. Liana Anicai

The Schwäbisch Gmünd Prize for Young Scientists 2021 was awarded to Konrad Eiler, M. Sc. from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain based on his analytical materials research related to development of sustainable energy solutions.

Konrad Eiler received the prize from the east president, Prof. Dr. Peter Leisner, during east Forum 2021 integrated in the International Process Metallurgy IPM Symposium 2021, 9-10 November 2021, Helsinki, Finland. As head of the Jury Dr. Liana Anicai from the Politehnica University of Bucharest presented the jury’s motivation. After the prize ceremony Konrad Eiler gave an excellent invited talk on his research subject.
